14345- Part-time Personal Care Assistant for 6 year old boy

Hello, my name is Tiann. I am a care team member with Wellthy Inc. One of my clients is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for their 6 year old son with special needs.

LOCATION:  
Victoria, MN 55386

SCHEDULE:  
M-F After School Hours (10-15 hours per week) Summer M-F: 8-5 (flexible) 40-50 Hours a Week

CARE:  
Emotional & behavioral support Working through anxiety/ gain impulse control Implement a delayed rewards system

RATE:  
$13-$14 per hour
