# How To Get More Responses

I am trying to find a job as a nanny and have posted a picture on my profile. I have also gone back to my profile and spent a lot of time on it so that it is easy to read and emphasizes my qualifications. I have sent messages to 9 families and no one has sent anything back. What else can I do to find a job? Also is there a way to place more families on your dashboard? I would appreciate any comments!

I am having a similar issue. I have messaged 16 families and have received no replies. I notice your post is dated June 26; have you had better luck in finding a job?
