Hello, my name is Tiann. I am a care team member with Wellthy Inc. Our client is seeking an Aide/Coach, to assist their 15 yr old son with school work and activities. Must have experience with Autism/ADHD, some college, following COVID precautions & willing to take a COVID test. Smoke free home with a small dog.

LOCATION: Lafayette, CA 94549

SCHEDULE: 2-3 hours per day (10-15 hours per week)

CARE: Schoolwork/Life skills Activities of daily living Outdoor activities

RATE: $25 per hour
