Scammer asked for own Background Check

Yesterday 11/20 “The Rios Family” contacted me with a job offering in South Florida to take care of a 3ry old girl at 25/h. They immediately asked me for my phone number and since I am a a foster parent I have a Google number I give to not disclose our personal information. This person wrote me at that number and started to ask me about my hours and rate. I quoted them and gave her a weekly price. Afterwards they send me a link so they can run a background check. I told her that NannyLane runs it’s own back. At this moment I knew it was a scam. I clicked on the link and sure enough it was a self created form ask us for personal information. Attached is the is the pictures of the scammer’s profile.

Here are the pictures of my conversation with the scammer.
