The most important, feature available when you are viewing jobs is the messaging feature. This let’s you reach out to the family to let them know you’re interested. To send a message, simply open up the family’s profile and scroll to the bottom on their card. This section is reserved for sending messages.
When you’ve reached out to different families, you can view all your conversations by clicking on the Text Bubbles icon that is sitting right beside the Star icon.
