The most important feature available when you are viewing a nanny’s expanded profile is the messaging feature. With this you can reach out to the nanny to let them know you’re interested. This feature can be found at the bottom of the expanded profile!
When you’ve reached out to nannies, you can view all your conversations by clicking on the Text Bubbles icon that is sitting right beside the Star icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
