Hi! We hired a nanny through nanny lane recently, and all paperwork has been completed and she is working with us. She was supposed to receive payment last Friday, and then, was told it would be no later that Tuesday. Now, it’s Thursday, and she still hasn’t received her funds. I’m finding the lack of help resolving quite alarming as this woman is working and not getting paid. Has anyone had this issue?
Whitbm - Did this ever resolve for you? Has anyone else found a solution for reaching Nannylane payroll support when an issues arises? We are trying to resolve something now.
